Established in 1986, Roof Spec, Inc. is a privately held corporation and a leading expert in design and forensic engineering relating to the building envelope.
Throughout our history, we have demonstrated a sensitivity to our client's needs, their budget constraints, and the functional requirements of their building programs. From our humble beginnings, we have built our reputation on sound, successful designs that are the proper blend of function, aesthetics, and cost management.

As an independent firm, we have no obligations to contractors, or manufacturers, which allows us to provide unbiased counsel to you, our client.
