Terry Thone, RRC
Senior Consultant/Principal

Terry Thone is the CEO and founding partner of RSI. He has more than 35 years of experience in the building envelope field with an emphasis on roof engineering and consulting. He specializes in the review and evaluation of existing building systems to determine their remaining service life and to develop subsequent maintenance procedures.

Mr. Thone conducts failure investigations and provides technical reports containing conclusions and recommendations for replacement/repair; specification writing; and prioritization reviews. He prepares cost estimates for budgeting purposes, contract documents and plan/detail drawings. During the construction process he provides management services.

Widely recognized as one of the most knowledgeable professionals in the field, Terry is called on for expert courtroom testimony concerning roofing systems. He is a member of the RCI and is a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC).

Terry is actively involved in presenting roof consulting seminars to various organizations/companies throughout the US.
