William Waugh, P.E., RWC
Senior Engineer/Principal

Bill is a Partner and Senior Engineer at RSI and has been with our company since 1996. As head of our design department Bill oversees the preparation of plans and specifications for building envelope restoration which includes roofing, walls, and water proofing projects.

Technical responsibilities include condition surveys of existing systems, failure investigations, investigation and analysis of moisture infiltration, re-roofing, plaza and underground building water proofing projects

He also provides laboratory analysis of existing roofing materials including asphalt, aggregate, and built-up roof membrane samples and laboratory analysis of existing roof systems in investigation of physical damage and degradation due to aging.

Mr. Waugh is a Registered Professional Engineer in 11 other states. Bill is also one of two Registered Waterproofing Consultants (RWC) in the State of Minnesota and one of only 26 in the United States.

Bill is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Roofing Consultants Institute (RCI), and National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) and a Certified Asbestos Inspector in the State of Minnesota.
