Roof Systems
Testing is performed in our in-house lab using ASTM procedures. Laboratory analysis procedures on new or existing.
Walls
For detection of leaks, we utilize electrical conductance type of gauges, infrared devices and various types of spray bar apparatus. We also perform water infiltration testing for all types of roofs, windows, walls, storefronts, below grade waterproofing, plaza decks and other building envelope components.
Infrared
Infrared imaging uses thermograms or “pictures” to show variations in temperature. RSI’s certified thermographers use infrared imaging to locate areas of heat loss or the presence of moisture.
During the bidding process, infrared pictures help ensure accurate, competitive bids by providing bidders with consistent information.
